"We went on Sunday 14th Dec to the Tulleys farm to meet Santa and we had a really lovely day. We were a group of 2 Mums, with a boy aged 9 and a girl aged 8, and decided it would possibly be the last visit to Santa for us all as our older kids have outgrown this kind of thing. But these 2 are already asking to go again next year!
The elves and other staff were fantastic, so enthusiastic and really engaged with the children and Santa was one of the best I've seen.
There was a sleigh (tractor) ride to Santas grotto which was beautifully decked out. When we first arrived Santa was sleeping off a few mince pies and had to be woken by one of his elves, and then he told the kids a story before meeting each family individually, having photos and handing out gifts. It was really lovely.
The kids also enjoyed going to Santa's post office where they got to meet his postman, write a letter to him and post it. And amazingly every child receives a reply under their pillow the next day! Really magical for them.
There was an elf hunt where they received a prize for finding all the elves, a puppet show and a find your inner elf experience! As well as a lovely Christmas shop and arts and craft market. We ate lunch at the BBQ which had good quality burgers and sausages and was reasonably priced. For £42 for the 4 of us I felt it was excellent value, we spent around 3 and a half hours there and the kids would happily have stayed longer.
I would definitely recommend this as a Christmas treat for anyone with under 10s. It would get even the hardiest humbug in the Christmas mood!" - Em131313 via TripAdvisor
